We support our Virginia family farms by sourcing as many of our ingredients locally as we can. Then, we turn them into delicious meals that the whole family will enjoy.
Mushrooms are our specialty and we encourage you to give our Lion’s Mane crab cake or fried Blue Oyster mushrooms a try. If fungi isn’t your favorite, we also offer a full selection of other options.
OUR CHEF
Chef Jessica found her passion for cooking as a stay-at-home mom about ten years ago. After an accelerated culinary school course, she worked her way up from the fryer station to managing her first restaurant in just two years.
She’s a mom of two and is passionate about helping other families thrive by purchasing from small farms in our community. Chef Jessica loves local ingredients and finding the best ways to turn them into delicious meals.
